Kitchen Remodel
This full-scale kitchen renovation introduced all-new custom cabinetry, a redesigned and expanded pantry, luxury appliances, and a larger island. The layout was carefully optimized for daily flow, while warm tones were selected to complement and enhance the natural light throughout the space.
Living Room
In this living space, we installed a full-wall steel door and window system, added wood-cased openings and detailed molding, and introduced a marble fireplace, updated lighting, and refreshed finishes to create a modern, elevated aesthetic.
Kitchen Remodel
This full-scale kitchen renovation introduced all-new custom cabinetry, a redesigned and expanded pantry, luxury appliances, and a larger island. The layout was carefully optimized for daily flow, while warm tones were selected to complement and enhance the natural light throughout the space.
Primary Bathroom
This primary bathroom was expanded to accommodate dual vanities and improved storage, while a full slab marble shower and marble clad walls create a striking focal point. Custom cabinetry, brass fixtures and hardware were selected to complement the movement in the stone, and an enlarged window provides a beautiful natural backdrop.
Game Room
The original second floor consisted of only a small spare room and a single bathroom. The level was completely reimagined to include a spacious game room, three private ensuite bedrooms, a sauna, and a dedicated laundry area. The result is a vibrant upper level designed for gathering and relaxation, creating comfortable spaces for each family member while also serving as an ideal setting for entertainment.
Library
A refined library featuring wall paneling, ceiling detailing, and custom shelving and cabinetry, anchored by a striking glass chandelier and a concealed storage closet. The result is a showcase of meticulous millwork that delivers a complete refresh suited to today’s work style.
Breakfast Room
The vision for this breakfast room was to create the perfect sun lit space. A custom steel door and window system was installed along with new flooring and a design approach centered on clean lines, allowing the focus to remain on the beautiful outdoor setting.
Dining Room
The dining room was relocated to the front of the house and enhanced with additional windows for multidirectional sunlight, along with a custom ceiling detail, reeded wall trim, plaster walls, and a modern brass candelabra lighting fixture.
Front Elevation
This modern elevation was preserved while nearly 3,000 square feet was added to the second floor. The front façade was completed in limestone to create a cohesive exterior, complemented by new windows and a new front door. A retaining wall was added to shape the approach, while the circular driveway was maintained and the landscaping was fully refreshed to complete the transformation.
Dining Room
The dining room was relocated to the front of the house and enhanced with additional windows for multidirectional sunlight, along with a custom ceiling detail, reeded wall trim, plaster walls, and a modern brass candelabra lighting fixture.
Rear Elevation
The outdoor living area was reconfigured by removing more than half of the covered pool structure, opening the backyard and allowing natural light to reach deeper into the home. The pool, landscaping, and exterior paint were refreshed, with added ceiling details and expanded green space creating a brighter and more inviting setting for entertaining.
Primary Closets
The primary closet was expanded into dual dressing rooms, thoughtfully designed to maximize storage. Custom cabinetry with mirrored doors, integrated vanities, and a blend of drawers and hanging space create both function and refinement.
New Space - Bar & Wine Room
A new serving bar and wine room were introduced to elevate the home’s entertaining experience. With abundant wine storage, a beverage fridge, marble countertops, and burgundy cabinetry that complements the natural white oak shelving, the space balances function with refined style.
New Space - Wellness Suite
A new exercise room was added, accompanied by an infrared dry sauna and shower to complete the home’s wellness suite. The shower features marble door casing and a built-in marble seat, while a custom storage cabinet was added, and both spaces are fully enclosed for privacy.
New Space - Bathrooms
We pride ourselves in creating powder and secondary bathrooms that have equal attention to detail and design elements to create a luxurious, personalized experience for every member of the household. Each bedroom in this remodel included a carefully designed ensuite full bathroom, featuring marble countertops, door casings, and niches, along with designer tiles, flooring, and updated plumbing and cabinet hardware.
